Congresswoman Maxine Waters of California (http://www.house.gov/waters/) stated on the Randi Rhodes radio show on Air America Radio that she, along with other members of the House of Representatives, will be challenging the seating of the Ohio electors when the Congress meets in joint session on January 6th.
