Subject: Important notice: hearing 2:30 Friday
This is the federal court recount case, in which the state court in Delaware County issued an order blocking the recount. John Kerry has intervened in the proceeding and joined with Cobb and the Libertarian candidate to move the case to Federal Court and to overrule the Delaware Court.
This is democracy in action; your chance to see if the system works!
All concerned citizens are urged to attend.
Where: U. S. Federal Courthouse, 85 Marconi Blvd.,
Columbus, Ohio (across from police station). It will be at 2:30 PM before Judge Scotus.
If you can possibly be there, be there. This is a case to see if you do, or do not, have a real right to vote.
