Kerry Files Motions to Preserve Evidence, and to Take Triad Deposition, in Recount Case

Lawyers for John Kerry filed motions, in the recount case pending in federal court, to preserve evidence, and to take the deposition of the Triad technician who tampered with vote tabulation machines in Hocking and 5 other counties, after the election and just prior to the recount. http://www.truthout.org/docs_04/122804V.shtml
