Ohio Judge Refuses to Order Election Officials to Preserve Evidence, Refuses to Recuse Self from Case, Calls Papers "Woefully Inadequate"

The Ohio Supreme Court judge hearing the election contest case has refused to order election officials to preserve evidence, refused to remove himself from the case, and called the papers "woefully inadequate".
