Moritz College of Law Conducting Study of 2004 Ohio Election, Requesting Information

ElectionLaw@Moritz at The Moritz College of Law is conducting a scholarly study of the electoral process in Ohio in 2004. The areas it will be concentrating on are:

• Access for Individuals with Disabilities

• Long Lines at Polling Places

• Provisional Voting

• Recounts

• Referenda and Initiatives

• Voting Machine Problems
