In League of Women Voters v. Blackwell, the judge (Chief Judge David Carr) has scheduled a status conference for Thursday, August 30th. The conference will take place at the federal courthouse in Toledo, Ohio, in the courtroom of Judge Carr.
The defendant the State of Ohio has indicated that intends to file a motion to dismiss the complaint as against the State, and its motion is due to be served by August 29th.
