Hi,
Here's your opportunity: both the Green and Democratic parties urgently need recount observers in Ohio.

Below are the links to sign up, plus some other things you can do to help even if you can't go, plus what Phil and I are willing to do to help get people there.

1. Links: The Green part still needs 2200+ observers. Sign up at www.votecobb.org The Democrats have also indicated that they will have observers, aiming for 2200+ as well. Go to their website to sign up: www.ohiodems.org

2. Transportation: If you can't go but have Frequent Flier/Rapid Rewards mileage that you are willing to donate, contact us.
We're willing to lend our 15 passenger van if enough people from this area are interested.

3. Contribute to the recount effort: Direct link on Green Party website: http://web.greens.org/c/cobb/supporters.cgi?function=donate. Or go to www.votecobb.org and link to the donate screen.

4. Housing: If you're willing to go, I am willing to try to find you housing with a family involved in the recount effort. I'm collecting names of people all over Ohio to ask them for help with this.

5. Pass on this message: Use your listserv or send to people you know who want to see an honest election.

Thanks,
Gail and Phil

Subject: Upcoming hearings in Ohio.... Need for volunteers and/or contributions

If you want to help the good people in Ohio
who are putting together hearings in different locations to recount
the stories of election day abuses, either as
a witness, or as a volunteer, or with a financial
contribution, you can contact:
