Subject: Correction and New Urgent Ohio Actions
Importance: High

Apologies--I mistakenly sent out a mailing intended for a group I met at a moveon meeting to the people on this group recently. However, it is urgent that you now look over this list of new urgent Ohio actions.

MORE URGENT OHIO ACTIONS

(1)In addition to urging Secretary of State Kenneth Blackwell to to recuse himself the PROVISIONAL ballot counting process and the RECOUNT process (and perhaps resign), he should be urged to START THE RECOUNT RIGHT AWAY so there is ENOUGH TIME TO FINISH IT 1-877-767-6446 http://www.sos.state.oh.us/sos//blackwell /

(2)There is a CALL-IN SHOW TONIGHT
Topic: Election Fraud: Was the Election Stolen?
Live Call-In Show 7pm Channel 24 Time Warner Cable
Studio Number to Call-in 564-9600.
Please call in and send out an email for others to do the same.
Representitives from various groups will discuss concerns.
If interested in BEING ON PANEL PLEASE CALL ME TODAY. Be there at
6:30pm
Brian Garry
236-4180

(3)Dec. 4, 1-4:00 at the Ohio Statehouse in Columbus, Ohio.

CASE is organizing a RALLY: "Investigate All 88" "Revote Ohio or Death of
Democracy - Choose one."
We hope to have out-of town as well as local activists.
Wear all black to mourn the Death of Democracy.

Follow www.caseohio.org for further details.

(4)you experienced vote-hopping (tried to vote for Kerry, but it registered for Bush), especially in Franklin and Mahoning counties, contact Susan Truitt, co-founder of CASE. She is seeking potential plaintiffs for a lawsuit. susan_truitt@yahoo.com
Report any voting irregularities you witnessed or experienced to 1-866 OUR VOTE.

(5) --This action alert list has been UPDATED late last night and should be looked at AGAIN for new and revised actions--like the Democrats are now recruiting volunteers for the recount as well as the Greens, etc. Also, the problem with the page being too wide has been fixed.

Take care,
