Before the Ohio Election Fraud, this blog was entitled "Fairness". Since November 2, 2004, a day that will live in infamy, this blog has been devoted exclusively to fighting the crimes committed against the citizens of Ohio, and against our American way of life, in the 2004 "election".

This blog, and its accompanying website, "Ohio Election 2004", http://ohioelection2004.com,
are devoted to evidence, investigation, litigation, and prosecution regarding the Ohio election of 2004, especially on issues of fraud, disenfranchisement,
voter suppression, vote machine tampering, and recount obstruction.
My blogging is an outgrowth of my life as a lawyer, and my strong belief in the rule of law as the bedrock of democracy.
My experience as a voter protection hotline volunteer in Ohio in 2004, gave rise to "Ohio Election Fraud (formerly "Fairness"), devoted to covering and assisting grassroots activism seeking to (a) set aside the fraudulent results of the 2004 Ohio "election" and (b) investigate and prosecute the crimes committed in that "election" against the citizens of Ohio, the American people, and our American way of life. As a result of Congress's appointment of George W. Bush to a second term as President, and the failure of all but 1 senator, and the large majority of Congresspersons, to dissent, the rule of law, and with it democracy, have been gravely imperilled in this country.
In my professional life, I practice law at Ray Beckerman, P.C. . When I learned of the unfair tactics being used by the Recording Industry Association of America against ordinary people, I began representing the defendants on a reduced-fee basis. My blog "Recording Industry vs. The People" flows from that experience.
