Where: Capital Building itself is located at 404 S. Monroe St. Tallahassee, FL. While the capital faces Monroe St., the rally will be taking place on the Capitol Historic Front Steps facing Apalachee Parkway. This is the northernmost cross street for the complex. This is visible from Monroe, and there will be signs.
