Join fellow patriotic Orgonians on the steps of the capitol building in Salem at high noon on December 12th. Our speakers include Johnny Marie of Action Speaks Portland and Katy Eyman, political activist and wife of Secretary of State Bill Bradbury. Folksinger Therese Carlton will perform on stage. Stand in solidarity with voters across the nation to support and defend our democracy! Bring your signs, your orange ribbons, and your passion in this grassroots exercise of the first amendment!

Message from Peter Hamer:"Many thanks to all who wrote to say you are coming. We have people coming from Junction City, Florence, Corvallis, Eugene, Portland, Salem, Woodburn, and my hometown, the humble liberal enclave in Estacada. Chris Leck of Portland IndyMedia plans to attend as a still photographer. Wear something orange. An orange ribbon just below your flag lapel pin will look great! See you there!"

Re Carpooling from Eugene, OR, area: carpoools will meet at, and depart from, South Eugene High School, but any cars remaining behind need to be parked off the school grounds. Bring signs and US flags. Check our web site,
