Evidence requiring Ohio election to be set aside?

We were advised by Teed Rockwell, a member of the Philosophy Department at Sonoma State University, on February 17, 2005, that this post attributed to him -- published here on November 19, 2004 -- is inaccurate, in that (a) it was heavily edited by an unknown party before submission to this blog, and (b) the facts stated in it are no longer true, due to the fact that the Cuyahoga Board of Elections has changed its figures. Mr. Rockwell advises that his current views on the subject are posted at http://www.california.com/~mcmf/cuyahoga.htm
