Failure to Count Cuyahoga Ballots Cost Kerry 14,000 Votes
An analysis by Richard Hayes Phillips concludes that 14,000 votes were shaved from John Kerry in Cuyahoga County, not counting people who were intimidated into casting no ballot at all. http://www.freepress.org/departments/display/19/2004/1034
